Yet another photo shoot with my handsome 3-year old nephew Landon :) This time his Mom Alicia made the trip to the studio and we got some shots of just Mommy and Son together. They have such a special relationship, just as Landon does with his Dad, my brother Jonathan. I love how Landon’s face lights up when Alicia plays with him. :) He’s such a sweet boy. I know you may think I am partial, but if you met him, you would understand. He’s so smart, well mannered and loving. Hard to believe he’s only 3 sometimes.

I love photographing the Wagoner kids! I got to see Kadence again last week for a mini- session in the studio. Her Mom Leah has had all three kids photographed with their Daddy’s military gear. I love what we captured. Kadence is one of my favorite babies to work with for sure!

I photographed Ella last week for her 1 year portraits. If you think she’s cute, you should see her big brother :)

This is session #3 with little Miss Sadie. Well, the first time I didn’t actually see her, as she was in her Mama’s tummy, but she is just as cute now as when I shot her newborn pics. Love those ears! :) Can’t wait for her 6 month session, hoping it will be outside in warm weather at the start of summer!

Had the pleasure of photographing this little cutie pie last week in the studio. Her Mommies, Brittany & Heather (that’s right this lucky little angel has two Moms and she was born out of pure love and desire to have a child) are so excited over their new addition.

My new favorite shop in Marietta is Whipple’s Whimsical Toys in Harmar Village. First of all, it’s a vintage toy store and second it’s inside of a old train! What could be better? I spent some time there 2 days in a row recently- one day I went in for some fun engagement shots & the next day went back to shop! I picked up a few awesome things for the studio, including a great hand puppet!

If you haven’t made your way to visit this place yet, get on it! It’s fabulous. Right now they are open Friday-Sunday but starting in April they will be open during the week too.

Lyndsey is my cousin and she is one of the sweetest and prettiest young women you can meet! I was excited that she chose me to be her Wedding photographer! Her and Shane- her equally sweet and cute fiance traveled up from Fayette County last weekend (March 10th) for their Engagement shoot. It was the first time I had seen Lyndsey since she was a kid!

It was good to catch up and to get to know Shane. We had fun shooting in the amazing weather and got some great shots during the sunset “golden hour!” Excited to shoot their Wedding coming up on June 9th!

This first image was shot at Bob’s Market and Greenhouses in Belpre, Ohio and made it into their monthly newsletter as the “photo of the month!” We love Bob’s!

Todd Burge is a well known local musician and I had the honor of shooting some promotional images for him last week for his 2 upcoming album releases. (http://www.toddburge.blogspot.com

When I met these two lovebirds a few months ago, I just knew they were going to be great to work with. They are so sweet and very sweet on each other as well.

Caitlin Lee (History major) and Casey Knowlton (Advertising/Public Relations) met while attending Marietta College, and more specifically in Choir class. For their Engagement session which took place on March 10th, we revisited some of those special places on the Marietta College campus and made our way to a few other spots around town. One of those spots was Whipple’s Whimsical Toys in Harmar Village- love love love that place!
I am looking forward to photographing Caitlin & Casey’s upcoming Wedding!
