Stephen & Caroline’s April 9th Parkersburg WV Wedding was an unexpectedly cold and snowy Spring day in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The beauty and warmth that filled the day more than made up for the weather outside. The day began with getting ready at The Blennerhassett Hotel in downtown Parkersburg, followed by ceremony at Trinity Episcopal Church. Lots of laughter, tears, and good times were had at the reception which followed at The Parkersburg Country Club into the night. There were so many memorable moments throughout the day and I was honored to capture it all for them.

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Koval!!!

I have to mention that one of our images was shared onĀ Mark Zunino‘s Instagram!

Had a terrific time on January 18th shooting the Wedding of James and SaraBeth. I love Winter Weddings. During their consultation, SaraBeth expressed her desire to have some shots of the two of them with snow falling down. She said even if it didn’t snow on their big day, I could create something in photoshop. Although compositing snow in photoshop can work out great if done right, I of course always prefer the REAL thing in any situation. During their reception I kept going out and checking to see if it was snowing, and finally it happened. We rushed out and captured some awesome images of the love birds in front of the hotel. I am glad we were able to get what SaraBeth wanted captured the most. This couple was absolutely amazing to work with.
